BrideSide charges Crew members a 10% platform service fee only after a successful completed reservation.
The 10% fee is taken from the Crew member's listed service price only. It is not added to the travelling fee.
Payment is requested only after a Crew accepts the reservation request. Payment gateway setup is pending and BrideSide does not mark payment as completed without gateway confirmation.
Crew member receives service price minus BrideSide fee, plus travelling fee: RM500 - RM50 + RM58.80 = RM508.80.
BrideSide keeps cancellation expectations clear before a couple confirms a reservation request.
Once your Crew accepts your reservation request, refunds are based on cancellation timing, amount paid, and BrideSide review where needed. More than 60 days before the event, users may receive a full refund of amounts paid, excluding any non-refundable payment gateway or administrative fees where applicable. From 30 to 60 days before the event, the deposit is non-refundable but any balance paid may be refunded. From 7 to 29 days before the event, eligible amounts may receive a 50% refund subject to BrideSide admin review. Less than 7 days is generally non-refundable, and less than 48 hours is non-refundable except in exceptional cases approved by BrideSide. Travel fees are reviewed separately if travel costs have already been incurred.

The 10% platform fee applies only to the listed service price after successful service completion.
