BrideSide keeps cancellation expectations clear before a couple confirms a booking request.
Once your vendor accepts your booking, refunds are based on cancellation timing. You may receive a 100% refund if you cancel within 48 hours after vendor acceptance. If you cancel at least 7 days before the event date, you will receive a 50% refund from the total amount paid, while the remaining 50% is treated as cancellation compensation. BrideSide deducts a 3% platform fee from the original service price only before paying the balance to the vendor. Bookings cancelled less than 48 hours before the event date are non-refundable.
